In April 2016, BOVTS went to NYC to do a showcase for industry pros, agents, and casting directors. And Dulcina Eisen and Barry Katz expressed interest in me then but they said they wanted me to be living in New York in order to move forward. I was thrilled at the prospect and for 6 months I kept my mouth shut and my fingers crossed, hoping all would continue to go smoothly as planned and I would sign when I relocated to NY in the fall. But knowing that a lot of things in life don't always work out as planned I wasn't counting any chickens before they hatched. And then they did! This was a huge career milestone for me and I feel so fortunate. Not every actor straight out of Drama school signs with an agent and sometimes the struggle can be really hard and go on for years. But thanks to my lucky stars and A LOT of hard work preparing for this next step I signed! I am so excited to get work now, with Dulcina Eisen and Barry Katz, and act up a storm in New York City!
